Our engineering company was engaged by a client to leverage our specialized knowledge in new product development for an autonomous machine specifically tailored for the meticulous preparation of bullet casings in the context of refilling. Our central aim was to attain unparalleled levels of precision in the bullet casing preparation process, which traditionally required manual labor. However, with our advanced autonomous machine, it is now possible to effortlessly initiate the machine and allow it to operate independently, eliminating the need for constant human supervision. To accomplish this, we employed our expertise in various areas, ranging from initial concept design to the meticulous creation of detailed models and drawings. By conducting rigorous design reviews and implementing thorough testing plans and procedures, we ensured the optimal performance of the machine. To bring the components together seamlessly, we utilized our in-house manufacturing capabilities. The image displayed above showcases our cutting motor subassembly, a critical component of the overall system. Due to confidentiality concerns, we are unable to disclose the name of our esteemed client.
Our engineering company was approached by the client to lend our expertise in various new product development endeavors. One such project involved the creation of a cutting-edge cooling mattress topper aimed at preventing the occurrence of ulcers in hospital patients. The prototype incorporated a sophisticated heat sensor that triggered a cooling mechanism, facilitating the release of cold air precisely where needed.
In another instance, we undertook the challenge of developing an elevating back support system. Instead of investing in a mattress with built-in elevation capabilities, our solution entailed designing an accessory to be placed atop the existing mattress, achieving the desired results without the need for an entirely new bedding setup.
Harnessing our technical acumen, we successfully transformed these conceptualizations into tangible realities, delivering fully functional prototypes on both occasions. However, in order to respect the confidentiality of our esteemed client, we are unable to disclose their identity.

Taking on the challenge, we meticulously analyzed and deconstructed the items to extract crucial technical specifications.
